Privacy Policy for 360° Feedback Respondents

Cerno’s online 360° feedback tool allows participants to nominate respondents to be sent a feedback survey. To do so, participants are required to submit the full name and email address for each respondent to our web server. This information is used solely to generate and send each respondent a personalised feedback survey.

We also collect and store the following information when respondents access and log into our web services:

  • Your Internet Protocol (IP) address.
  • Your web browser type and version.
  • The URL you are visiting on our web server.

This information is used for logging and troubleshooting purposes only, and is deleted automatically after fourteen (14) days.

Please note, we do not share any of the above items of personal information with any third-party organisations.

To ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information:

  • Access to collected data is restricted to limited number of Cerno personnel.
  • Communication between you and our web servers is encrypted.
  • All data is stored within New Zealand.

As Registered Psychologists, we are required to ensure that information remains retrievable as long as is necessary to serve the interests of those to whom they refer and/or the purpose for which they are collected, as required by law. As such, we store information for up to seven (7) years.
